You do mean the gorgeous Meg Ryan before all the facial rejuvenation? For years, she was at the top of my list when it came to beautiful women in Hollywood.

At my age, I'd have to choose Diane Keaton. Although if she were still living, it would be Audrey Hepburn. You may be too young to even remember her.
