Good Intentions

I've been "Pinning" all sorts of Spring and Easter wreaths, with every intention of making one.  But by the time I checked out all the goodies at Michael's and Joann's, I kind of gave up.

Trying to figure out all the supplies I would need (I am not a regular wreath maker) and add that to the high probability that it wouldn't turn out how I envisioned it, I opted for a pre-made wreath that was 40% off at Joann's.

Lame...absolutely.  Done...yep!

  1. Not lame at all. I totally understand what you're saying but have learned the HARD way that sometimes this is just the smarter way to go. If it's not something you do regularly by the time you buy all the materials etc. it's not worth it. It's perfect.

  2. Oh, you have the Pinterst disease, too? Pinning makes me feel like I'm crafty, a good cook and a fashionista. I absolutely luv this wreath. Why would you want to make one when you could buy this one 40% off? Of course, that means it was still 60% on. LOL

  3. nice find! I agree with The Answer is Chocolate. My mom and I tried to make a centerpiece with silk flowers and by the time we were done, we'd spent close to $200 and it looked ridiculous.
